Lithuania is rapidly gaining recognition as a global hub for life sciences. With over 300 companies – 120+ of them start-ups – and 87% of biotech products exported worldwide, the country is delivering high-impact solutions in healthcare, diagnostics, and personalised medicine.
This momentum takes centre stage at Life Sciences Baltics 2025, returning to Vilnius on September 17–18. Organised by the Innovation Agency, the forum will bring together 800+ global leaders, investors, and innovators to explore the future of biotech.
“Lithuania belongs to the global elite in life sciences,” says Prof. Vladas Bumelis. “We have world-class talent, advanced infrastructure, and growing global ties.”
